Data we process
Sign-in uses your email, account identifier and session data. The budget stores the amounts, dates, categories, notes, opening balances and savings you enter. Family membership, invitations, change history and technical request logs are also processed. Do not enter card numbers, passwords or other secrets in purchase notes.
Why we process it
We use data to provide authentication, shared bookkeeping, calculations, reports, access protection and troubleshooting. We do not enable advertising or marketing analytics.
Who can access it
Members of a family workspace can see its shared budget. The server checks isolation between families. Authorized administrators and infrastructure providers may process data to operate and support the service. We do not claim end-to-end encryption.
Service providers and location
Cloudflare D1 stores budget data. Clerk handles authentication and account data. OpenAI Sites manages site publishing and infrastructure. These are technical service providers, so we do not claim that third parties never process data. The exact country of the current database has not been verified; EU-only or Kazakhstan-only storage is not guaranteed.
Retention and deletion
Entries are retained to provide budget history. Deleting an entry hides it from active bookkeeping and allows restoration; it does not erase it from storage. Deleting a sign-in account does not automatically delete the shared family budget. Access, correction and complete deletion requests are handled separately, considering other participants’ rights and technical backups.
Cookies and local preferences
Essential cookies support sign-in. Theme, cookie choices and service preferences may be stored on your device. No optional advertising or analytics technology is enabled. Rejecting optional cookies does not restrict the budget. You can revisit your choice using Cookie settings on the home page.
Feedback
When you send feedback, we receive your message, optional screenshot and account email so we can reply. Resend sends the email to the support address, which uses Namecheap forwarding. Budget records are not attached automatically. Screenshots are sent only when you choose to attach them. The server temporarily stores a user identifier, timestamps and request count to limit repeated submissions.
